Bisket bread is a kind of Elizabethan biscotti, flavoured with aniseed and other spices. I researched various bisket bread recipes, and came up with one that worked well for me.

This isn't usually something I'd include in my project pages, but since I entered it in the Ealdormere Kingdom A&S pentathlon and won a prize for it, and since I have full documentation, I thought I would put it here.
