On April 5th, 2003 (AS XXXVII), the Canton of Caldrithig hosted an evening of food, drink, revelry, food, companionship, pageantry, food, and food.
It was an intimate, laid-back event, where our diners could relax and let their stomachs do the work, as our cooks plied them with a sumptuous 5 course feast of mouth-watering dishes recreated from Elizabethan sources.
